Job Title: Tenant Liaison Officer (Warm Homes retrofit Programme)
Job Location: West Midlands - Working across GSA homes, project sites and offices.
Salary: £27,800-£32,000
Contract type: Permanent/Fixed Term/Temporary
Working hours: 37 hours per week with the occasional evening and weekend work to meet service needs.
About the role
We are recruiting a Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) to join our Asset Improvements Team, supporting residents through the Warm Homes retrofit programme. This programme focuses on improving the warmth, comfort and energy performance of our homes through fabric-first measures and Solar PV installations. The role acts as the main point of contact for tenants and works closely with project contractors, and internal GSA teams to ensure works are delivered smoothly and with an excellent customer experience.
The postholder will support appointment booking, access coordination, resident communications, issue resolution and data accuracy. When funded programmes conclude, the TLO may support wider Planned Works and asset improvement projects.

About you
You will be a caring, organised and customer-focused individual with experience working directly with tenants or customers in housing, repairs, care or planned works settings.
You will have excellent communication skills, be able to explain works clearly, and work collaboratively with contractors and technical teams.
The ability to manage your own workload, solve problems proactively and provide empathetic support to residents is essential.
A full UK driving licence is required.
