As a field-based CLO covering Aberdeen, Elgin, Moray and the surrounding areas you will be the primary point of contact between Sureserve, local authority clients, and residents. You will manage resident engagement from pre-works notifications to post-installation sign-off, ensuring a smooth, positive experience while coordinating with site teams.

As a field-based CLO covering Aberdeen, Elgin, Moray and the surrounding areas you will be the primary point of contact between Sureserve, local authority clients, and residents. You will manage resident engagement from pre-works notifications to post-installation sign-off, ensuring a smooth, positive experience while coordinating with site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Resident Engagement & Communication
- Act as the main contact for residents throughout the EWI installation process.
- Conduct pre-works visits to explain the scope of work and confirm access.
- Keep residents updated on schedules, site hours, and disruptions.
- Complete post-installation visits, secure sign-offs, and conduct satisfaction surveys.
- Support vulnerable residents with tailored communication and care.
- Attend community and client liaison meetings as required.
- Maintain accurate resident contact and progress records in internal systems.
- Inform Contracts Managers of access issues or residents' concerns.
- Schedule appointments across a geographically dispersed area.
- Track and report on access rates and project trends.
- Collate compliance paperwork, including consent forms and eligibility records.
- Resolve resident complaints professionally and within company procedures.
- Document all issues and escalate complex cases to managers.
- Coordinate with installation teams to fix defects promptly.
Essential Criteria
- Customer-facing or resident liaison experience, preferably in construction or housing.
- Full UK driving licence (extensive travel across the North of Scotland is required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple sites.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends for resident access.
- Knowledge of the EES:ABS programme or Scottish energy efficiency schemes.
- Familiarity with External Wall Insulation (EWI) processes.
- Experience working with Scottish local authorities or social housing.
- Understanding of fuel poverty challenges in rural Scotland.
- Base salary up to £30,000
- 29 days annual leave (includes statutory bank holidays and Christmas/New Year closure).
