We are recruiting a Tenant Liaison Officer at Caerphilly County Borough Council.
Working hours: 37 hours (7.24 Monday - Friday)
Contract Type: Full time, Fixed term for 12 months
Location: Ty Penallta
Team: Post Asset Management/Housing Repair Operations
This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of our team and provide support across the organisation.
We pay an attractive salary of £31,537 - £34,434 and offer access to training and development opportunities.
We are seeking a Decarbonisation Engagement Officer to support its expanding housing retrofit programme, placing residents at the heart of delivery.
This role will lead engagement before, during and after works, ensuring residents understand, trust and benefit from improvements. You will coordinate communications, support vulnerable households, manage enquiries and work with contractors and partners to enhance service delivery.
The post will also develop impactful social value initiatives, working with communities to deliver lasting benefits such as skills, wellbeing and environmental projects, helping maximise the wider outcomes of decarbonisation investment

- A Relevant Level 3 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales.
- A sound understanding of Housing policies and local Council legislation.
- Full UK Category B (Cars) driving licence and the use of a motor vehicle insured for business / work purposes to travel throughout the borough to attend meetings, make site visits and visit clients at their home.
