As a Voids Officer at Icosa Water (part of Last Mile), you will play a vital role in keeping our records accurate and up to date. You'll travel to our new housing sites across the South-West of England and Wales to identify and verify property and customer details. This role includes both on-site visits and home-based work to ensure business records are meticulously maintained.

The position is based in Bristol but requires travel within the South-West England and Wales region, with occasional overnight stays.

Your responsibilities as a Voids Officer:

Reporting directly to the Customer Services Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Driving Customer Satisfaction: Assist the Customer Services Manager in meeting Icosa's customer satisfaction performance commitments by ensuring seamless processes and support.
  • Managing Voids Processes: Oversee the end-to-end void property process, identifying voids and serving as the main point of contact between departments involved in the voids workflow.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Provide accurate void property data, prepare detailed performance reports, and support overall void performance analysis.
  • Customer Records and Liaison: Update and process customer records while liaising with site offices to collect new occupier data and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Site Support and Relationship Building: Obtain meter readings when required and develop positive relationships with colleagues and external contacts to enhance operational efficiency.
Experience / Knowledge:
  • Experience in dealing with customer queries.
  • Knowledge of the Water Industry
  • A resolution approach to customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about ensuring that the customer journey is delivered right first time
  • Good IT skills including Excel with the ability to input data accurately and concisely.
