Do you have the leadership skills to drive high-quality planned maintenance programs while ensuring cost-effectiveness, tenant satisfaction, and safety? If so, we want you as our Senior Asset Investment Manager (Planned Maintenance) on a 12 month fixed-term basis.As a Senior Asset Investment Manager, you'll lead the efficient delivery of multiple planned works programs, ensuring contracts are well-managed and compliant with financial, regulatory, and performance standards. You will oversee a team of Contract Managers, driving service improvements and operational excellence.Responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:<ul><li>Team Leadership &amp;&nbsp;Development – Leading&nbsp;and&nbsp;motivating&nbsp;Contract&nbsp;Managers, providing coaching and&nbsp;development&nbsp;opportunities&nbsp;to enhance performance.</li><li>Planned Maintenance &amp; Contract Management – Overseeing multiple contracts within our planned maintenance portfolio, ensuring compliance, cost control, and effective performance monitoring.</li><li>Budget &amp; Financial Control – Managing financial administration and ensuring expenditure is robustly controlled, reporting variances, and implementing corrective actions.</li><li>Ensuring all Health &amp; Safety requirements are met in line with the organisations policies and legal regulations.</li><li>Tenant-Focussed&nbsp;Service Delivery – Engaging tenants in service improvement initiatives and ensuring high levels of tenant&nbsp;satisfaction.</li><li>Performance Reporting &amp; Continuous Improvement – Ensuring service standards are consistently met through rigorous KPI monitoring and lessons learned from service failures.</li></ul>Your CV and covering letter will highlight that you:&nbsp;<ul><li>Hold a relevant HNC or equivalent and/or possess significant technical experience in construction or maintenance related contract management.</li><li>Have proven experience of leading procurements both above and below thresholds of Tenders Electronic Daily / Official Journal of the European Union / Find a Tender.</li><li>Have experience and understanding of compliance legislation and strong knowledge of contract law.</li><li>Are an experienced people manager, with a proven ability to lead and motivate your team to achieve challenging targets and objectives, using your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong professional relationships.</li></ul><a href="https://www.greenacre-recruitment.com/about-us/meet-the-team/profile/zaragreenacre-recruitmentcom-22/" target="_blank">Zarafshan Kelly</a>Recruitment Consultant
