Strategic Asset Manager

Property Manager Full Time - 37 hours per week (part-time may be considered - min 25 hrs per week) 7% employer pension contribution, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays ABOUT LAUNCHPAD Based in central Reading, Launchpad provides vital information and support for vulnerable individuals, couples and families in Reading who do not have a stable place to live or are at risk of losing their home. THE ROLE As a member of the Housing team, you will be responsible for the effective day-to-day delivery of all properties, maximising property performance and management of all Launchpad's assets, including all offices &amp; facilities. In a management role, you will be leading a diverse team to deliver a high-quality housing and repairs service for tenants and ensuring teams maintain our assets in line with applicable statutory legislation and regulatory standards and provide high levels of tenant satisfaction. Responsible for delivering a consistent and customer focused service across a range of housing including Allocations, Tenancy and Neighbourhood Management, Maintenance &amp; Repairs, Compliance Inspections and Tenant Engagement.
