Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Act as the Health &amp; Safety Officer across all housing operations within BTS</li> <li>Ensure compliance with the Health &amp; Safety at Work Act 1974, CDM 2015, and related regulations</li> <li>Serve as Principal Designer under CDM Regulations when required</li> <li>Provide training, support, and expert guidance to staff, contractors, and tenants</li> <li>Lead on risk assessments (including fire and stress risk), audits, and accident investigations</li> <li>Monitor, review, and update health and safety policies in line with business needs and emerging legislation</li> <li>Prepare and deliver clear reports, improvement plans, and formal investigations</li> <li>Represent the Council in discussions with HSE, Fire Service, insurers, and other stakeholders</li> </ul>Please note this role does not attract sponsorship.
