Job Description Following the company's restructuring and transition to a more sustainable 64-restaurant estate post pre-pack administration, the Estates function is focused on consolidating and optimising property management across the portfolio. The Estates Coordinator will play a key supporting role to the Head of Estates, particularly in managing and coordinating the extensive documentation required for lease assignments, licence transfers, and property-related legal processes. The role will ensure that all property records, legal documentation, and landlord correspondence are accurate, up to date, and compliant with business and regulatory standards. This role requires a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism and precision. Responsibilities Lease Administration <ul><li>Support the Head of Estates with the preparation, review, and completion of all documentation relating to lease assignments, renewals, and surrenders.</li><li>Maintain an accurate and comprehensive database of all lease documentation and key dates (renewals, expiries, rent reviews).</li><li>Assist in collating information for new site acquisitions, disposals, or relocations.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Compliance <ul><li>Manage document control for all estates-related contracts, correspondence, and legal documents.</li><li>Ensure all property files (both digital and physical) are consistently maintained and meet audit and compliance standards.</li><li>Track and file key legal documents (licences, deeds, rent deposit agreements, insurance certificates, etc.).</li></ul>Financial &amp; Reporting Support <ul><li>Assist with the preparation of reports and trackers for lease costs, service charges, and rates payments.</li><li>Work with the Finance team to verify landlord invoices and ensure timely approval and payment.</li><li>Support the Head of Estates in forecasting and budget tracking for property-related expenditure.</li></ul>Stakeholder Coordination <ul><li>Act as a central point of contact between internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Operations) and external partners (landlords, managing agents, solicitors).</li><li>Manage general estates-related correspondence and queries promptly and professionally.</li><li>Support internal communications regarding estate changes, closures, or new site updates.</li></ul>People &amp; Culture <ul><li>Champion the company's collaborative and pragmatic culture during this period of transformation.</li><li>Contribute to a supportive, agile, and solutions-focused Estates team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.</li></ul>Qualifications About You <ul><li>Experience in property or estates administration, preferably within a multi-site hospitality or retail environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of lease documentation and property legal processes.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word); experience with property management software advantageous.</li><li>Collaborative team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.</li></ul>Package <ul><li>Salary: Circa £45,000 per annum pro rata to 3 days per week </li><li>This is a fixed term contract for a 6-month period 3 days per week</li><li>Private medical insurance &amp; Income Protection</li><li>Pension contributions &amp; salary sacrifice scheme</li><li>Opportunity to play a key role in rebuilding and shaping the future estate of Pizza Hut Restaurants UK</li></ul>

LET'S CUT STRAIGHT TO ITWe're looking for a Strategic Asset Manager to develop holistic, long-term Water Network solutions that will ensure we adapt and keep pace with our customer needs, growth and climate change. Key Accountabilities: <ul><li>Develop and implement Network solutions for Growth, Resilience and WINEP.</li><li>Work with Strategy and Regulation department to produce a regulatory submission including the Business Plan for the PR29 Price Review.</li><li>Communicate and roll out PR24 plans to other internal stakeholders (including Senior Management) and gain buy-in for delivery.</li><li>Be a Technical project sponsor to advise developer services on our networks ability to accommodate both domestic and non-domestic growth</li><li>Oversee the investment plan for water networks totalling circa £200m to £250m per annum to ensure the project design delivers the benefit as per the business plan</li><li>Ensure that latest data, learning and best practice is incorporated into our plans and work with the innovation experts to identify exciting new opportunities</li><li>Build external networks of contacts and represent the Company on external groups.</li></ul>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR About You: You will need to be a strategic thinker, problem solver with a strong grasp of water networks and hydraulics. It goes without saying you'll have excellent communication skills and demonstrate the ability to influence colleagues of all levels effectively. You will work closely with stakeholders internal and external and work well under pressure to tight deadlines. The ability to compile, analyse, interpret and present complex technical data sets is a must. We want someone who is both a team player as well and competent project sponsor who owns problems until resolution. You'll also hold a full U.K driving licence.
