You'll be at the heart of our Estates team, ensuring compliance, supporting systems, and helping us deliver a safe and sustainable environment for staff and visitors. Role Responsibilities <ul><li>Be the first point of contact for enquiries, managing the Estates shared inbox and providing clear, helpful responses.</li><li>Create purchase orders and invoices, and assist with financial reviews.</li><li>Keep our internal communications up to date on SharePoint.</li><li>Support asset data management in line with government standards.</li><li>Maintain space booking systems and assist with reporting.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the Director of Estates and team leads, including sustainability initiatives.</li><li>Occasionally take meeting notes and distribute actions promptly.
