Resident Liaison Officer

Equans is recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our growing team in Wisbech. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role on one of our key social housing refurbishment projects, supporting residents throughout the full lifecycle of works being carried out in their homes. As an RLO, you'll be the main point of contact for residents-ensuring they are well-informed, respected, and supported at every stage. You'll act as the bridge between our site teams, contractors, and the local community, helping to deliver a high-quality customer experience while ensuring minimal disruption to people's day-to-day lives. The vacancy Permanent Full time (37 hours per week) We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual with a strong background in housing management to deliver high-quality tenancy and neighbourhood services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on making a difference in communities, with a particular focus on managing anti-social behaviour, tackling rent arrears, and supporting tenancy sustainment. This is a home-based role with regular customer visits and occasional attendance at our Head Office in Bedford Heights for team collaboration and meetings.
