You will have an allocated caseload of tenants who you will support for the agreed contractual hours within their tenancies with the aim of supporting them to eventually move onto independent living. We take a multi-agency approach to ensure the most comprehensive amount of support is provided for the tenants needs. The South Yorkshire AST project operates across Barnsley, Doncaster and Rotherham and you may be required to work in one, or potentially, across all of these areas. JOB DESCRIPTION Main Purpose To provide high quality housing and support services to residents in order to assist them to sustain their tenancies. Hours: BANK Salary: £12.40 per hour Based at: Llanelli and Carmarthenshire area Role Purpose: Adferiad in Carmarthenshire provides a Supported Accommodation Project in Llanelli and will be developing other Supported Living Services in other areas of Carmarthenshire. The Supported Accommodation, and Supported Living Services supports individuals serious mental illness and complex needs. The Bank Staff member will have the opportunity to work in Llanelli and across other services as they are developed. The support in Adferiad projects will focus on an individuals strengths enabling them to feel safe and secure with the long-term aim of them living independently in their own homes.
