The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in the community while leading a team in addition to demonstrated knowledge of consumer recovery, homelessness, homeless services systems, pathways to housing, dual diagnosis and evidence based practices. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Perform outreach and engagement activities to identify homeless individuals with mental health and co-occurring substance use needs that are living in public places, drop in centers, meal sites and shelters.</li><li>Provide overall clinical supervision, guidance and oversight of service delivery of the team supporting developing interventions and supervision of team members.</li><li>Provide direct supervision to all staff both in the office and in the field. Teach and model clinical interventions, strength based strategies and ensure services are culturally competent.</li><li>Provide clinical services such as crisis intervention and counseling, as well as concrete services such as providing warm clothing, blankets, and food to reduce risk of harm on the streets.</li><li>Maintain a thorough, current knowledge of local public and private resources including housing, residential programs, and other community organizations. PATH Clinical Team Leader - Homeless Services

Full Time / 37 Per Week / Permanent and Fixed Term for up to 12 months Play a key role in making a difference to some of the most vulnerable people in the city. Our work is extremely challenging, but also extremely rewarding, changing lives for the better by tackling homelessness, building new homes, and strengthening communities. Engaging with people at a local level, we support them by delivering services that improve their lives. Working on the front line, you'll liaise with clients either face-to-face, over the telephone or conduct home visits. You will have to regularly navigate sensitive situations. You'll have a large and complex allocated caseload, where you'll undertake assessments on customers' support needs, especially regarding housing, employment, and financial needs.
