The Role We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Voids Administrator to join our Repairs &amp; Maintenance division. Working as part of a fast-paced call centre environment, you will support the operational team in delivering an efficient, responsive service to social housing residents and clients. You'll help coordinate appointments, manage job updates, liaise with residents, supervisors and tradespeople, and ensure all information is accurately maintained. Your work underpins the smooth delivery of voids and maintenance works across the contract and ensures a great experience for every resident.
