Resident Liaison Officer

The vacancy Hours: 35 hours per week/ 70 Hours over two weeks (Nine-Day Fortnight) The role We are currently looking to recruit a Home Ownership Officer to join our Acquisitions and Partnerships team here at Housing 21. Within the role you will be responsible for providing an efficient service to home ownership customers, to ensure excellent customer service is provided to both internal and external stakeholders, taking responsibility for any property transaction being completed within given target time as set by Housing 21. Relaying complex and detailed information to prospective customer, residents, families and employees in relation to home ownership.
