Main duties, tasks &amp; skills required To work with single people who are at risk of or have a history of, experiencing homelessness and or rough sleeping known as the client group in various settings. Undertake comprehensive assessments, over a period of time, including risk assessments and risk management of the client group. To support patients of the client group to make changes to support recovery from mental health illness, substance misuse and maladaptive coping strategies. Service Manager -Older People's Independent Living OPIL (Older Persons Independent Living) service provides specialist housing and support for older adults (typically over 60) through schemes like sheltered housing, focusing on safety, independence, and integrated care, accessible via the council's housing options, Service Manager -Supported Housing and Temporary Accommodation This team works in meeting statutory duties for homeless individuals in priority need, towards more suitable, stable housing options, while preventing homelessness with multi-agency support, especially for vulnerable groups.
