You'll help the team develop and manage effective neighbourhood action plans that provide positive outcomes for our tenants and the communities that we serve - creating a case conferencing approach across teams and with external partners. Working with local and national partners, you will ensure that our tenants get the help and support they need, encouraging your team to act as an advocate for tenants to get them the support they need.
