Working as an Allocations Officer, you will have a busy and varied workload that will involve assessing applicants for the housing register, the allocation and letting of social housing properties, ensuring our processes are fair, transparent, and efficient. Housing Allocations Officer

Your typical day could start with a welcome visit to new tenants who've just moved in, before you go to a Residents' Association meeting to hear about any concerns around their tenancy or local issues on their estate.
