This role is essential for coordinating and delivering project-specific social impact outcomes across multiple projects, including employment &amp; skills programs, educational initiatives with schools and universities, and collaborations with third-sector organizations. The position requires regular travel between projects and occasional attendance at events outside regular working hours. Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Collaborate with other departments to recruit and train apprentices and new talent.</li> <li>Provide pastoral care to apprentices and trainees.</li> <li>Champion and coordinate Fairness, Inclusion, and Respect practices on projects.</li> <li>Assist with site-specific health and wellbeing activities.</li> <li>Liaise with internal departments (Marketing, SHE, IT, HR) to align with business needs.</li> </ul> Technical Duties: <ul> <li>Coordinate and deliver project-based social impact commitments across multiple sites.</li> <li>Work collaboratively with clients to exceed community engagement expectations.</li> <li>Develop and implement best practices by engaging with external organizations.</li> <li>Showcase activities through case studies and success stories.</li> <li>Monitor and report on KPIs and project-specific social impact outcomes.</li> <li>Maintain robust reporting systems and prepare reports for management and clients.</li> </ul> Employment, Skills, and Social Impact Targets: <ul> <li>Engage with local schools, colleges, universities, and employability organizations.</li> <li>Collaborate with local charities and groups to create meaningful social benefits.</li> <li>Work with supply chains to contribute to targets and activities.</li> <li>Prepare and present data to prove outcomes.</li> </ul> Tenders and Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS): <ul> <li>Provide responses to PQQs and tender questions related to social impact.</li> <li>Attend tender interviews and start-up meetings as required.</li> <li>Align targets with client requirements and national standards (e.g., National TOMs, CITB National Skills Academy).</li> <li>Offer advice to site management on CCS-related activities and attend audits as needed.</li> </ul> Essential Skills and Experience: <ul> <li>Proven knowledge of social value/impact and best practice solutions.</li> <li>Experience managing multiple workloads and resources to meet deadlines.</li> <li>Client-focused experience with the ability to establish and report on KPIs.</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.</li> <li>A valid, clean driving license.</li> <li>Team player with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.</li> </ul> Desirable Skills: <ul> <li>Experience delivering social impact in the construction industry.</li> <li>Knowledge of recruitment/training environments.</li> <li>Familiarity with the Considerate Constructors Scheme.</li> <li>A third-level qualification or equivalent experience.</li> </ul> What We Offer: This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team where you'll contribute to the creation of lasting social impacts. Accommodation Manager - Maldron Hotel Derry We have a fantastic new vacancy for Accommodation Manager in the excellent Maldron Hotel Derry Objective of the Role Reporting to the General Manager, the Accommodation Manager along with Accommidation Supervisors will lead the housekeeping function in our hotel, and ensure that our guests experience the highest quality of rooms standard.
