Job Overview: This role will be floating support operating in the East of England. Working to support our CAS3 contract with the Ministry of Justice, this role involves managing a number of self-contained and small shared accommodation properties within the region. The role of Housing Support Assistant will include: <ul><li>Providing onsite management and supervision of the supported housing service ensuring the delivery of an effective, enhanced, housing management service</li></ul><ul><li>Assisting with tenancy and voids management and maintaining occupancy levels</li><li>Supporting and promoting compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures</li><li>Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal and external key stakeholders</li><li>Managing the procurement and availability of supplies, furniture, and equipment</li><li>Recording and updating relevant data, maintaining effective filing systems</li><li>Contributing to special projects and change programmes as appropriate</li></ul>Skills and experiences: <ul><li>Previous experience delivering tenancy services</li><li>Experience working to deadlines and prioritising workload</li><li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages</li><li>Literacy and numeracy to the equivalent of Grade C English and Maths GCSE</li><li>NVQ2 or equivalent in relevant area</li><li>Ability to extract and interrogate data</li><li>Some experience in the use of housing management systems or similar is desirable</li></ul><ul><li>This role will involve driving on company business.
