Salary The Specialist Housing Partner (Independent Living Housing Officer) salary is £29,580 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary. About you <ul> <li>Experience delivering housing management services within a specialist or generic housing context.</li> <li>CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing or equivalent (or willingness to work towards) or qualified through experience</li> <li>Strong understanding of anti-social behaviour management and rental income collection processes.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet performance targets independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Knowledge of safeguarding practices within a housing context.</li> <li>Regular business travel will be necessary to other Accent sites and off-site meetings as required.</li> </ul>Successful candidates will undergo a DBS check. The role of ILO will be to support people to live as independently as possible through engagement, assessment and provision of equipment and aids to support independent living. You will assess, provide and install aids, equipment, adaptations, personal care, medicines management, rehabilitation exercises and support for carers to meet identified needs to support people to live safely at home and maximise independence. Job Introduction Bradford Cyrenians provides a range of supported housing, hostel and floating support provision for homeless men and women, former rough sleepers and services that specialise in supporting ex offenders and men fleeing domestic abuse.
