You know how to make every member feel special, and like they are a vital member of a wider community</li><li> Drive member acquisition: identify and recruit top members in your city, and how to encourage key members to do the same to build momentun and create a flywheel effect. This is your core KPI. </li><li>Craft exceptional experiences that boost member engagement and create the 'wow' factor, from wellness and education to cocktail hours and dinner parties. Experiences should be considered through a London lens and be anything but bas.</li><li>Curate 'the vibe' - from lighting to energy to music. Strong knowledge of London, its culture, and its business sectors is considered a significant plus. You should know the scene inside and out. Established local contacts and familiarity with the local market will be advantageous in building and maintaining relationships within the community and beyond. The candidate must possess fluent English proficiency at a C2 level, both written and spoken.

Resident Liaison Officer

Location - LONDON Bespoke Britannia has an excellent opportunity for an experienced House Manager to help run multiple private household based both in London and internationally. As the house manager you will ensure the smooth operation of multiple residences and vehicles across various international locations. This includes coordinating all staff travel, logistics, and household preparations for the Principal and his guests. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You will report to the Executive Assistant of the principal on a daily basis and to the Principal himself on a regular basis. Job Role <ul><li>Planning - You will need to be able to prepare and execute comprehensive operation plans for all departments in the house with regards to maintenance, repair, sanitation, energy conservation and staff uniforms. You will also have responsibility for financial playing including salary administration.</li><li>Organizing - You will be involved in the recruitment and selection process of staff. The ability to implement staff objectives pertaining to functional responsibilities, performance planning and staff reviews to ensure that house is running efficiently. You will ensure all homes are prepared for family stays or guest visits, with attention to detail for catering, cleaning, and overall presentation.
