Evenings and Weekends - 10am to 6pm & 12pm to 8pm

Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same for our Personal Assistants but what we can guarantee is that you will be supporting someone who requires support to achieve their goals and outcomes - whatever they may be!

Each person we support has different support requirements, so your personal assistant role may include assisting them with various aspects of Employment and Education, Housing Support, including budgeting, tenancy Viewings, Tenancy sign ups, Applying for funding, Budgeting and Bill Paying whilst expanding their social networks and connections and encouraging them to maintain or improve their health and well - being

Enable creates a bespoke team around every individual we support, and our team of Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.

The Asist Service is a housing support service who work with 16-25 year old's from various backgrounds. Our primary goal is to help our young people source, set up and manage their first accommodation, whilst teaching essential life skills.

At the Asist Service you will be responsible for managing your own diary, and planning your travel to a variety of locations within the Glasgow and Greater Glasgow area's.

Experience working with young people, budget management, diary planning & using Microsoft word and excel are desirable skills required for an ideal candidate.
