The role As a Level 3 Surveyor working on our Retrofit Programmes within the Improvement Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the council's housing assets are maintained and brought up to the council's energy performance of a C to meet all current statutory, regularity, and legislative standards. Essential: • IOSH Managing Safely, Level 4 qualification in Surveying or compliance, e.g. Quantity Surveyor, HHSRS, and Retrofit Accredited. • Understanding of Building Control and Planning Legislation. Experienced in specifying routine works in domestic properties. Desirable: • CAD user, NEBOHS, Prince2, HNC Construction and the Built Environment, MCIOB.
