Accommodation Officer
Salary from £29,110 to £32,468 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £34,107 pa inclusive of London allowance
This is a permanent position, internal applicants only.
We're looking for a motivated, student-focused professional with strong customer service skills. In this varied role, you'll help manage enquiries and bookings for LSE halls and campus apartments, ensuring an excellent experience for all customers. Based primarily in the Accommodation Office, you'll also support hall reception teams during busy periods, so flexibility and teamwork are key.
The successful candidate will have the ability to prioritise, to manage time effectively and self-motivate without supervision. You must also have excellent communication skills.
