Location: Lincoln, with occasional travel across Greater Lincolnshire and partner locations

The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority is looking for a talented Strategic Housing Officer to help drive housing growth, investment and delivery across the area.
Working within our Housing, Planning and Infrastructure team, you be part of team that leads on housing strategy, policy development and programme delivery. You will help to unlock new homes, secure funding opportunities and strengthen partnerships with local authorities, Homes England and government departments.

Location and travel
The role will be based on-site in Lincoln, with occasional travel across Greater Lincolnshire and to partner locations.

- Develop housing strategies, policies and delivery plans.
- Lead housing policy work and provide advice to senior leaders and elected members.
- Build strong partnerships with local authorities, Homes England and key stakeholders.
- Manage housing projects and funding programmes, including brownfield and accelerated housing initiatives.
- Analyse housing data and develop evidence-based solutions to support growth and investment.
You will have:
- Experience in housing policy, strategy or programme delivery.
- Knowledge of housing legislation, policy and funding programmes.
- Strong analytical, report-writing and project management skills.
- The ability to build effective partnerships and influence decision-makers.
