We are now inviting applications to fill the following vacancy:
Job Title: Growth and Engagement manager
Band: 5
Salary: €44,000 – €55,000 (pro- rated to €22,000 – €33,000)
Location: Hybrid/Home
Hours: 21 hours per week (Part-time)
About you
We’re seeking a confident, relationship-focused professional with experience in membership, stakeholder engagement or business development to drive CIH’s growth and engagement across Ireland.
You’ll have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and represent CIH with credibility across the housing sector. You’ll be proactive and have a strong understanding of what drives membership growth, retention and engagement.
With a creative and collaborative approach, you’ll identify opportunities to strengthen the member experience and increase CIH’s profile across Ireland. Above all, you’ll be passionate about the housing sector and committed to delivering real value for our members.
