Job Title: Home Ownership Coordinator
Job Location: Birmingham or Chippenham with some homeworking
Salary: £25,000-£31,300 plus £750 Car allowance
Working hours: 3 days per week (22 hours)
As a Home Ownership Co-ordinator you will be keen to start a varied and fast-paced role,taking the lead on managing the Right to Buy and Right to acquire process for customers wanting to buy their homes, as well as providing essential admin support to the Homeownership team. You`ll be a key point of contact for customers, solicitors, and external agencies. From managing Right to Buy and Right to Acquire applications, staircasing queries to preparing legal packs and updating records, your attention to detail and people skills will make a real difference to our customers` experience of GreenSquareAccord .

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and processing Right to Buy and Right to Acquire applications through to completion.
- Deliver excellent customer service to homeowners, solicitors, managing agents, and colleagues.
- Manage the team`s shared inbox and respond to or direct queries appropriately.
- Handle shared ownership and leasehold processes, including staircasing and sales.
- Prepare and send sellers` information packs (LPE1/FME1 forms).
- Maintain accurate records and update the Housing Management system (Orchard).
- Support with rent and garage tenancies, including contracts and payments.
- Process invoices and assist with service charge and financial admin.
- Provide general admin support including correspondence, document handling, and call management.
- Strong administration from a role that requires high attention to detail.
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with all stakeholders.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to handle sensitive or challenging situations.
