Reporting to the Supported Housing Manager, you'll be responsible for contributing towards the delivery of a person-centred trauma informed support service within the standards and requirements of NWH, commissioners, funders, and stakeholders.

About the Role
Reporting to the Supported Housing Manager, you'll be responsible for contributing towards the delivery of a person-centred trauma informed support service within the standards and requirements of NWH, commissioners, funders, and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the manager to achieve agreed KPI's
- Managing referrals and lettings to the scheme, contacting and interviewing applicants/agencies, maintaining electronic records on each client journey.
- Conducting all move in and pre tenancy paperwork with new residents, ensuring a comprehensive induction to the property is provided to all residents.
- Completing applications for housing and related benefits and ongoing need to maximise income.
- Facilitating, liaising, and attending meetings with voluntary and statutory agencies, ensuring the provision of consistent person-centred support and advice.
- Liaising with various housing providers to secure move on accommodation and provide continued support to residents moving on from the service, for a temporary period where appropriate.

Essential requirements:
- Awareness of professional boundaries
- Understanding of safeguarding principles for children and vulnerable adults
- Awareness of the support needs of vulnerable people
- Demonstrable experience of working in a client centred environment
- Demonstrable experience of working in a confidential manner
