Are you ready to play a central role in influencing the direction of housing policy in Scotland and help to provide everyone with a safe, sustainable and affordable place to call home? Are you passionate about driving change and influencing policy, if so, we want to hear from you.

We are seeking a Policy and Public Affairs Manager to join our high-profile team. You will be instrumental in developing new thinking on housing policy, promoting good practice in service delivery, and ensuring our voice is heard across all levels of government, local authorities and key stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, motivated and comfortable taking the initiative. You'll thrive in a hybrid and matrix working environment, balancing independent working with effective collaboration across our Nation and UK-wide teams to achieve shared objectives. If you're passionate about making a positive impact and can build strong, evidence-based cases to influence change, this could be an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes.
