Project Manager
Location: Birmingham
Reporting to: Head of Projects
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver and coordinate a range of small works and project activities for our facilities management client in Birmingham. You'll be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery is safe, compliant, on time and within budget.

You'll be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery is safe, compliant, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors and onsite activities.
- Conduct site surveys and develop project plans.
- Manage project costs, programmes and variations.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory and contractual requirements.
- Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks.
- Build strong relationships with customers and supply chain partners.
- Proven experience in a Project Manager role.
- Experience managing contractors and subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of construction and health & safety legislation.
- Excellent planning, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Commercially aware with experience managing project costs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar planning software.
- Willingness to travel across the UK as required.
Ideally you'll hold qualifications such as:
- SMSTS and CSCS
- IOSH Managing Safely
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
