Project Manager - Transformation & Change (Property Management)

About JLL Property Management

At JLL, we manage some of the world's most iconic buildings for global occupiers, landlords, and investors, but our work goes far beyond day-to-day operations. We act as genuine strategic partners, leveraging data, cutting-edge technology, and deep insight to help our clients shape the future of real estate. Joining our Property Management team means unlocking smarter decisions, driving sustainability, and managing spaces where businesses and people truly thrive.

Our industry is always moving, and so are we. To help lead this ongoing evolution, we are seeking a new Project Manager to join our Transformation & Change team

The Role: What you'll actually be doing

In this role, you will be the driving force behind the strategic initiatives that reshape how our Property Management business operates. These aren't small tweaks, you will manage high-impact transformation projects from start to finish. This could look like implementing a new core operating system across multiple countries or onboarding a complex global client with unique operational requirements.

What we are looking for:
  • Proven Project Delivery: You are an independent, proactive Project Manager who can take ownership of a project from day one. You will join a collaborative, high-performing team made up of three Senior PMs, two PMs, and a Change Manager.
  • Hybrid Collaboration: You thrive in a team environment and value face-to-face connection. This role operates on a hybrid model, requiring you to be in the office at least two days a week to collaborate alongside the team
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management: You view internal colleagues as your clients. You excel at building strong relationships, securing buy-in, and guiding teams through transitions. You bring the empathy needed to understand those accustomed to traditional ways of working, balanced with the confidence and resilience to push back and keep projects moving forward.
  • High-Impact Communication: You possess flawless communication skills. As the central point of contact between clients, senior leadership, and delivery teams, you can effortlessly translate complex updates for stakeholders, navigate difficult conversations, and keep everyone aligned.
This role is ideal for you if:
  • You thrive on variety and impact: You want to lead high-visibility projects that genuinely matter, rather than just managing routine admin.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity: You enjoy navigating complex situations and figuring out the best path forward when everything isn't perfectly defined.
  • You challenge the status quo: You are naturally forward-thinking and prefer innovating over simply maintaining the current way of doing things.
We are looking for someone who brings warmth, energy, and a genuine desire to make things better - not just someone who ticks boxes on a project plan.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery
  • End-to-End Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with sponsors, and manage timelines, critical paths, and dependencies using standard PM tools.
  • Execution Excellence: Track progress, actively manage risks/issues, and ensure projects deliver on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and optimise future delivery.
Stakeholder Management & Transformation Leadership
  • Strategic Partnering: Act as the primary point of contact for Property Management clients and build strong relationships across investors, occupiers, and suppliers.
  • Change Alignment: Perform stakeholder analysis, create engagement plans, and work closely with Change Managers to ensure high adoption and smooth process improvement.
  • Capability Building: Champion the transformation agenda, coach internal teams, and help build wider project management capabilities across the business.
  • Team Support: Assist with governance reporting, align with global strategy teams, and deputise for the Senior Project Manager when required.
What You Need to Have

Essential:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of direct project management experience, with a proven track record of translating business requirements into successful delivery.
  • Qualifications: Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, or equivalent).
  • Skills: Strong fundamentals in planning, risk management, benefits tracking, and proficiency with Microsoft Software.
  • Presence: Ability to commit to our hybrid model, working from the office at least 2 days per week.
Preferred (but not essential):
  • Experience in the property management sector is an advantage
Who You'll Work With

You will report directly into the Transformation Delivery Director. This high-visibility role offers regular exposure to senior leadership and direct client contact.

Why Join JLL?
  • Real Scale & Impact: You will work on high-visibility projects that change how a global business operates, affecting thousands of people and millions of square feet of property.
  • Career Mobility: As a global real estate leader, JLL offers clear pathways into senior leadership, different service lines, or international geographies.
  • A Supportive Environment: While the challenge is big and the environment is fast-paced, you will be part of a close-knit, collaborative team that ensures you are never working in isolation.
