Main Tasks
- Manage a mixed property portfolio, delivering a high standard of service to clients and occupiers.
- Oversee leasing and lettings activity, including rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Support the acquisition and onboarding of new properties into management portfolios.
- Assist with the identification and disposal of surplus assets where appropriate.
- Manage the collection of rents and other income, including monitoring and pursuing arrears.
- Work closely with the Facilities Management team to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance requirements are met.
- Coordinate repair, maintenance, and improvement works, liaising with tenants and contractors, arranging access, and monitoring completion.
- Maintain accurate property and financial records using property management systems, including TRAMPS.
- Undertake regular property inspections and site visits.
- Identify and support asset management initiatives that enhance property performance and value.
- Assist in identifying strategic development opportunities across client portfolios.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely reports and management information for clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of relevant property legislation and industry best practice.
- Undertake site-based tasks as required, including meter readings, fire alarm testing, contractor meetings, and basic property inspections.
- Experience in residential property management, with confidence in dealing with clients, tenants, and contractors.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the ability to quickly learn specialist software systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the confidence to use initiative while seeking support when needed.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client properties when required.
