Description
PROPERTY MANAGER
You'll manage a varied London portfolio across Wimbledon, Clapham, Southwark and Wapping, building trusted relationships with residents, clients and contractors. You'll bring solid block management foundations (ideally two years) and confidence with higher-risk buildings, ensuring compliance and great resident experiences in equal measure.
This is a role where you'll balance site presence with smart, proactive planning. You'll be supported by specialist teams and modern systems as part of the Odevo Group, giving you the tools to stay ahead on building safety, budgets and communication while keeping the human touch at the heart of everything you do.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
Most days you'll be prioritising resident and client queries, planning and completing site inspections, and progressing actions with contractors. You'll lead on compliance for HRBs, manage service charge budgets and reporting, and keep stakeholders informed with timely, clear updates.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
