What you will do:
- Manage a caseload of individuals requiring support with substance misuse and complex needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored recovery plans
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to treatment and support
- Provide one-on-one guidance and assistance to aid clients in achieving their recovery goals
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client progress and interventions
- Proven experience working as a Recovery Coordinator or Recovery Worker
- Demonstrable experience supporting individuals with substance misuse and complex needs
- Strong ability to manage caseloads, conduct assessments, and develop effective recovery plans
- Confidence working both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Immediate availability or ability to start at short notice
