What we're looking for

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation.

We're looking for Homeless Persons Unit Recovery Specialist for our Merton service.

As a Homeless Recovery Specialist, you will be working directly with some of the most vulnerable individuals within the Borough of Merton. You will be working directly, and collaboratively with your VIA team, local council, local hospitals, outreach services, housing and other services to ensure a multi-agency approach to those in most need. You will be required to provide effective, evidence-based psycho-social interventions, attend relevant multi-disciplinary meetings and represent VIA in the local community engaging individuals housed and supported by Merton Councils Homeless Persons Unit. We are looking for an experienced recovery practitioner who is comfortable managing complex cases in a multi-agency environment with the aim of bringing about long term, sustainable change.
