The Vacancy Be Part of Positive Outcomes for Young People We're looking for a Young People's Housing Support Worker to join our team at The Foyer, Malvern, supporting young people aged 16-25, including care leavers. You'll play a vital role in helping them overcome challenges, develop life skills, and take confident steps toward independence. You'll offer both emotional and practical support - whether that's helping someone build a life skills plan, navigate a tough conversation, or signposting them to local mental health, education, or housing services when extra help is needed. Support Worker Salary: (full time) Starting salary £25,715, rising to £27,025 after 12 months and rising to £27,955 after a further 12 months.
