The Role - Housing Support Officer College Road, Bangor is a scheme consisting of 3 self-contained flats providing support and accommodation to 3 people who have lived a chaotic life and have extensive needs. You will create support plans based on individual needs whilst helping them to find somewhere more permanent to live. You'll support people with their housing needs and life skills in a person-centred, trauma informed way and contribute to the safe running of the hostel.
