Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a housing management role.
- Strong knowledge of Scottish housing legislation and social housing practices.
- Experience managing tenancy issues, arrears, allocations and ASB cases.
- Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.
- CIH qualification (or working towards) preferred.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
