- Handle reception duties like managing calls, sorting post, logging repairs, and processing payments.
- Ensure safety as a designated First Aider and Fire Marshal, including building patrols and wellbeing checks.
- Support residents, service users, and the public-whether listening, addressing concerns, or managing complaints.
