Homelessness Programme Manager
Working Pattern: Full-time, 37 hours per week, 3-year fixed-term contract
Salary: £42,839 to £47,181 (pay award pending)
Location: Lincoln, with occasional travel across Greater Lincolnshire and partner locations

Are you passionate about preventing homelessness, reducing rough sleeping, and improving outcomes for vulnerable residents?
We are seeking an experienced Homelessness Programme Manager to lead the strategic development and delivery of Greater Lincolnshire's Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Programme. This is a unique opportunity to shape regional policy, influence system-wide change, and work with local authorities, health partners, government, housing providers and the voluntary sector to deliver lasting impact.
You will lead the development of a Greater Lincolnshire action plan, manage partnerships and funding programmes, provide strategic advice to senior leaders and elected members, and ensure effective governance, performance management and delivery across Greater Lincolnshire.

Location and travel
The role will be based on-site in Lincoln, with occasional travel across Greater Lincolnshire and to partner locations.

- Strong knowledge of homelessness legislation, policy and best practice.

- The ability to work strategically, analyse data and drive system-wide improvement.
