Location: Agile/Head Office

Contract: Temporary (between 9-12 months)

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £26,858 per annum

About the Role

We are looking for an adaptable and proactive Housing Assistant to provide support to our Older Persons Team. This is a varied role where you will play a vital part in promoting sustainable communities whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

You will assist the Older Persons team as required, working cohesively to provide an effective housing management service. You will support the Lettings / Housing functions by coordinating housing visits, responding to enquiries, and assisting with day-to-day services. You will promote NWH in a positive manner by maintaining positive existing relationships with external stakeholders and partners, as well as working to support compliance functions within the service.

We're looking for someone with:

    • Experience working in a customer-focused environment
    • Strong communication, IT, and organisational skills
    • A positive, can-do attitude and attention to detail
    • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

  • Basic DBS check required
