You'll manage a caseload of rent arrears accounts, working through the recovery process while ensuring customers receive the right support to sustain their tenancies. Eviction will always be the last resort, and you'll play a key role in helping customers maintain their homes. Key Responsibilities will include: <ul> <li>Managing a caseload of rent arrears accounts in line with agreed procedures</li> <li>Engaging with customers to record contacts, agreements, and referrals</li> <li>Providing tailored support and advice to help customers sustain tenancies</li> <li>Developing a strong understanding of benefits and payment processes</li> <li>Working collaboratively with internal teams such as neighbourhoods and tenancy support, and external agencies, including housing options, the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP), and homelessness services</li> <li>Ensuring business and customer impacts are considered in all recovery actions.</li></ul>You'll bring a wealth of experience in dept recovery and working in a customer-centred environment. You'll also have demonstrable awareness and knowledge of the social housing sector. You'll have strong communication and relationship building skills as well as the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. This role is subject to a satisfactory DBS check which will be carried out upon successful appointment. Income Recovery Officer

As a Prison Recovery Coordinator, you will be supporting them through all aspects of their treatment journey. This can include completing assessments, risk management plans and undertaking one to one work and groupwork. At Change Grow Live you will be working with people to help them change the direction of their life, grow as an individual, and live life to its full potential. You will also be supporting the people who access our service to move towards release from custody by working with other agencies to ensure support is in place for addressing substance misuse and or recovery. Working within a secure prison environment can be challenging but a rewarding experience, you will be provided with training and support needed to undertake this role. Where: Liverpool Hours: Fulltime, 37.5 per week Full Time Salary: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 Dependent on experience (pro rata for part time hours) Contract Type: Permanent Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. Responsibilities About the Role: <ul><li>Strong multidisciplinary engagement, including safer custody and prison offender management.</li><li>Engagement with the Prison Strategy</li><li>Identify and encourage service users requiring the offer of family support</li><li>Carry a caseload</li><li>Develop service questionnaires, recovery hubs and focus groups being innovative and motivational</li><li>Deliver quality and meaningful 1:1's and Group interventions</li><li>Understanding of prison environment and operational knowledge</li><li>Line management of volunteers</li><li>Support service users from point of entry into the service and through their treatment/recovery journey</li><li>Deliver psychosocial interventions as part of the Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service within the prison estate</li><li>Work in partnership with other healthcare providers as part of an Integrated Health and Wellbeing model</li><li>Advocate on behalf of the service users who are unwilling or unable to engage in treatment</li></ul>Abou You: <ul><li>Have a strong understanding of substance misuse issues and experience of working within a similar field ideally within prison/criminal justice</li><li>Be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written with good IT skills</li><li>Proactive and able to work on own initiative with excellent time management and prioritising skills</li><li>Have a good working knowledge of mental health interventions, services, and good practice</li><li>Be a supportive team player with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in partnership with a wide range of professionals, agencies, and internal/external stakeholders</li><li>Ability to manage change successfully in a way that prioritises the needs of service users</li><li>Understand the importance of information governance processes and commit to follow and apply all necessary safeguards</li><li>Seek out learning opportunities to improve and broaden your professional knowledge and skills and to contribute and oversee the learning and development of others</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain prison vetting</li></ul>What We Offer: <ul><li>25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays.
