Inform Service Manager who will then act to resolve non-compliance issues.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor occupancy to ensure that properties have not been abandoned or damaged and take prompt action when it happens to avoid unnecessary costs to TH.</li><li>Where appropriate, help residents with budgeting.
