Overview

We are recruiting an experienced Domestic Groundworker to join a well-established contractor delivering Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance across North West London.

The successful candidate will carry out a range of domestic groundwork and external repair works within social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out domestic groundwork and external repairs within social housing properties
  • Completing paving, fencing, concreting, drainage and other external maintenance works
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Working safely and in line with health & safety requirements
  • Accurately completing job reports and associated documentation
Requirements:
  • Experienced Domestic Groundworker
  • Strong experience across domestic groundwork and external repairs
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Own tools
  • Experience working within social housing properties
