We are recruiting an experienced Domestic Groundworker to join a well-established contractor delivering Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance across North West London.
The successful candidate will carry out a range of domestic groundwork and external repair works within social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will carry out a range of domestic groundwork and external repair works within social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out domestic groundwork and external repairs within social housing properties
- Completing paving, fencing, concreting, drainage and other external maintenance works
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service
- Working safely and in line with health & safety requirements
- Accurately completing job reports and associated documentation
- Experienced Domestic Groundworker
- Strong experience across domestic groundwork and external repairs
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools
- Experience working within social housing properties
